The ID has the right shape, but the birth date it encodes is not a real date (e.g. a 31st of February). Reported for countries whose validator checks the embedded date (#130).
The ID is valid, but no information can be parsed from it: the country has no
parser, or its parser returned nothing. Only parseIdInfo() reports it (#123).
